That does sound discouraging but
I am s t ill enough of an o p tim ist to
b rlie ve that when things appear to
be going bad they w ill never be as
bad as you anticipate I did not make
the dec moo not to run fo r another
term on the D is tric t board out of
d is p a ir o r d isc o u ra g e m e n t but
ra ther that I see many young men in
the County that have energy and
ideas and the w illin g n e ss to try new
methods I th in k that it it lim e that
they should he put in the punition to
meet the problems of the future
