The proposed e x te rio r boundaries of
this area, which include parts of
G illia m and M orrow Counties, are
described as follows

referenced in "G ro un d W ater Condi
lions in U m a tilla S tru c tu ra l Basin,

closed that recharge is being ex
ceeded by pumping demand Such
conditions result in w ater level
dec lines which w ill not e q u ilib ra te in
the fu ture W ater level declines have
occurred and are occurring at rates
which reflect this condition The
inform ation in the studies referenc
ed in the executive sum m a ry is the
basis for the director's belief that
conditions cited in O RS 537 7301 a)
