Center Mall Show lor five years, and
had a one artist showing at Western
Heritage in Pendleton
She says that she enjoy s art that it
is a fun thing and has turned into a
nice business for her She has sold

percent leaner than it was 25 years
ago
Bed meat is low in calories and is
also a rich source of vitamins and
minerals, making it one of *he most
nutrient dense feasts
Americans consume just under
four ounces of red meat per day
