was born July 16, 1910 in Brigham,
Utah, the son of Edgar and Leila
Elizabeth Smith Gayhart
He married Helen Henderson.
June 10. 1950 In Venus, Texas
He
spent moat of his life in Oregon and
Idaho, was a contract logger In
eastern Oregon, and worked for
Union Pacific Railroad in Pocatello.
Idaho for five years He had lived in
the laikenon Community in Hill
County for 21 years
He was a
member of the Church of Jesus
Christ of le tte r Day Saints
Survivors include his wife, Helen
Gayhart of Hillsboro, two brothers,
E O Gayhart and Edward Gayhart
both of Pocatello. Idaho, two sisters.
Erm a Salt and Clara Krandsen. both
of Pocatello, Idaho, one daughter.
Dona Orwick of Lexington, Oregon,
and two grandchildren. Lynda Fred
