grees West 80 feet. thence South 46
degrees West 115 feet, more or
less, to the South line of said Lot 2
extended thence Southeast M feet
more or less to the place of beginn
ing
to satisfy a Judgment against defen
dants Richard 1. Rice and Carol A
Rice for the sum of 157.10» 82. plus
12» per month from date of judgment
until paid, together with interest on
$54,284 32 at » 0 percent per annum
from date of Judgment until paid
NOW. THEREFORE, by virtue of
said Execution and Judgment and in
compliance with the command of
said Writ, I will on the 1st day of
October. 1984 at 10 00 a m at the
front door of the Morrow County
Courthouse. Heppner. Morrow Coun­
ty. Oregon, sell at public auction and
subject to redemption to the highest
bidder for cash in hand all of the
right, title and interest which Rich
ard I. Rice and Carol A Rice had on
February 25. 1981. the date of
plaintiffs mortgage, and thereafter
had in and to the above-described
real property or any part or portion
thereof, to satisfy said Execution
and Judgment and interest, costs
and accruing costs
