will involve debris removal and
general cleanup ol the corner area
west of Chase Street and south of
Willow Street according to Steve

sheriff s Office, last week as the result of over right months of preparation
and two months work by undercover officers
The investigation was conducted jointly by the Morrow County Sheriff s
Office the Morrow County District Attorney's Office, the Heppner Police
Department and (he Oregon Slate Police Three arrests were made Friday.
July 13 and a fourth individual. Bryce Powell turned himself in at the
Morrow County Sheriff s office on July 1» All four men were arraigned on
charges which included two counts of each of Delivery of a Controlled
Substance and Criminal Conspiracy lo Iieliver a Controlled Substance
The Sheriff's office reports that the investigation is continuing
