White for steer judged standard or below
White ribbon steers will not be eligible to sell.

RULES:
Animals will be tied or penned in sections by club. Club signs encouraged.
Each exhibitor is expected to keep tack and stall or pen clean and presentable at
all times. Dirty animals may be barred from showing. Hay and straw not to be used in
bales behind animals.
Judge will inspect stalls and pens of each club at regular intervals and keep a
record to determine winners.
Manure and waste to be piled as instructed by animal superintendents or fair
management by 8 a.m. each morning. If containers or trucks are available, waste
must be placed directly in them. Premium money may be withheld if animals are
unmanageable, not groomed, or if pens are dirty.
Stall assignments to be decided by county extension agent, FFA advisors, and
superintendents, with emphasis on putting clubs together, and where possible,
rotating areas from year to year.
Dairy, sheep, goats and horses to use straw only.
Beef and hogs to use chips only. Small animals will use sawdust.
AH fitting, training, care and showing of animals will be done by the 4-H exhibitor
-ALL LIVESTOCK: Premium checks WILL NOT be released until pens are
cleaned.
