weekend theft at Morrow Produce Co. is remodeling workman Hal
Eckles.
A theft of $200 worth of lumber
from the Morrow Produce Co. in
the Boardman Industrial Park
was reported Monday. Jan. 30.
Steve Conover of the Morrow
Countv Sheriff's Department was
called t investigate the removal
of 27 sheets of one-half inch
plywood from the building being
remodpled by new owner Bob
Mueller. I'matilla.
The stacked plywood, stolen
over the weekend of January 28
and 29. was apparently loaded
t onto a truck driven into the
' buildine through an unlocked
sdoor Suspected lire tracks both
-; inside and outside of the building
were examined.
According to remodeler Frank
Greeninger of McNary Refrige
ration, the plywood has stamped
run numbers which should aid in
J identification. "A $50 reward for
information is being offered."
said Greeninger. "The informant
need not be known."
