1983. based upon a Judgment
rendered and entered in said
court on the 21st day of June,
1983, in favor of the State of
Oregon, acting by and through
the Director of Veterans Af
fairs, commanding me to
make sale of the following
described real property,
to-wit :

East of the Willamette Mer

defendants, Donald F. Kamph
and Leola M. Kamph, for the
sum of $21244 83, together
with interest on $22,244.83 at
9.0 percent per annum from
date of Judgment until paid,
and for plaintiff's attorney
fees, costs and disbursements
incurred herein in the amount
of $1,610.30.
NOW, THEREFORE, by
virtue of said Execution and
Judgment and in compliance
with the command of said
Writ, I win on the 9th day of
September, 1983, at 10:00 A.M.
at the front door of the Court
house in Heppner, Morrow
County, Oregon, sell at public
auction and subject to re
demption to the highest bidder
for cash in hand all of the
right, title and interest which
the above-named defendants
had on the 7th day of Novem
ber, 1975, the date of plaintiffs
mortgage, and thereafter had
in and to the above-described
real property or any part or
portion thereof, to satisfy said

interest, costs and accruing
costs.

Oregon Revised Statutes has

sure proceeding dismissed
and the trust deed reinstated

to five days before the date set

In construing this notice and
whenever the context hereof
so requires, the masculine
gender includes the feminine
and the neuter, the singular
includes the plural, the word
"grantor" includes any suc

formance of which is secured
by said trust deed, and their

word "trustee" includes any
successor trustee and the
word "beneficiary" includes

Youths looking for a diffe
rent 4-H project might consi
der the guide dogs for the
blind project. A number of
puppies will be available in
late August and early Sep
tember to qualified youth who
apply.

Applications for the 1984
Morow County Fair and Rodeo
Court will be available during
fair week. There have been
some rule changes and a copy
of these along with the appli
cation can be picked up at the
court booth during the fair.

Hermistoii
Heppner's F.F.A. Green
hand team took second place
at a livestock judging contest
at the Umatilla County Fair on
Wednesday. Aug. 3. The
Hermiston team took first.
Eight teams participated in
the contest.
Members of the greenhand
team who participated were
Kevin Hughes, Andrea Ball
and Loren Hayes.
The Heppner advanced
team of Jennifer Hughes,
Bridget Greenup and Roger
Henry took fifth in their divi
sion. Fair & Rodeo

The court attended a lun
cheon and then rode in the
grand entry at the Hermiston
Junior Rodeo.
On August 15. the court will
be on KOHU radio in Hermis
ton to be interviewed on the
"Odds and Ends" program at
9:30 a m. The girls will also be
on KUMA's "Coffee Hour" atr
10 a.m. on Augusdt 16. At both
stations the court will be
making tapes for the upcom
ing rodeo and fair.
Applications are available
at the Morrow Co. Extension
Office in Heppner. Guide Dogs
for the Blind, Inc. places
puppies in homes where they
are cared for until they reach
a certain age. They then are
returned to San Raphael.
Calif, to be tested to see if they
are suitable for continued
training as guide dogs.
A number of puppies will be
available to Oregon 4-H'ers on
September 1 at the Oregon
State Fair, which provides an
excellent opportunity for those
interested to receive puppies
at an early date.
