MARKET TREND: Cattle were holding steady while the
horse, hog and sheep markets have declined. Buyers were
more selective on the quality of cattle however, good grades
still brought good market price. There is still demand for
cattle to go out on grass but supply has been limited.
NEXT SALE: Tuesday, June 16th. There will not be a sale
the following week June 9th, as this is the week of the Eastern
Oregon Livestock Show to be held in Union, Oregon. The
show Includes a 4-H and FFA show and sale, a parade,
carnival, dances and three big days of PRCA Rodeo and
Parimutuel Horse Racing. Hope to see you there.
