The purpose of this levy is to provide funds to balance the Morrow County
operating budget, and the Morrow County Hospital and Clinic buricrta far
1983 1984. The Morrow County tax base for 19831984 is K3tCl. This tax
base, with anticipated receipts from all sources, will not finance expenditures
for General Fund. Roada. General School Fund. Cities portion of Road Funds
and operation of the Hospital and North Morrow County Clinic Increases are
due to inflation, existing labor contracts tied to cost of living, plus 8 for
uncollected taxes. The total levy will be S2.742.478. If this measure is
approved. tZ376.290 uf the taxes levied in 19831984 are eligible lor partial
stale funding. However. $386,188 of the taxes levied will be totally financed by
local taxpayers without any partial slate payment
