There were 38 buyers and 48 consignors represented at
Thursday's market.
MARKET TREND: The market was stronger with plenty
of demand for the good Eastern Oregon cattle offered.
Heifers were at a premium with both light calves and heavier
heifers up $4.00. We would like to thank both buyers and
consignors for making this a hot sale with buying activity
coming from both individual ranchers and feedlot buyers.
NEXT SALE: Thursday, March 10th. Consignments are
coming in for each sale through April 7th. Next week will
include 45 Bred Cows and 30 cow and calf pairs. Another 150
cows are consigned for March 24th, with some good feeder
cattle coming in on March 17th and 31st.
