There were 34 buyers and 71 consignors represented at
Thursday's market.
MARKET TREND: Heavy feeder steers and heifers were
a premium with them bringing $2.00 more than they have
since their last high in May. Light calves held steady as did
cows and bulls. This was a strong maket with plenty of hot
action.
NEXT SALE: Thursday, August 5 with several consign
ments of yearlings coming in both for this sale and the
following Thursday also. If you have cattle ready to market,
consider LaGrande Livestock where competition brings you
more dollars.
