Writing this column for the community newspaper has
teen a new and extremely enjoyable experience for me. (I
hope It's been enjoyable for all of you.)
Many times I have wished for more feedback because I
would have liked to have been able to write about things I was
sure Interested those who were reading "Close to Home."
But now I am having the difficult task of closing this column.
As you may have read In this week's G-T elsewhere In the
paper, we are currently undergoing a change within the
office. Consequently. I have been asked to spend more time
in the office and less time behind the typewriter to help in this
transition.
"Close to Home" now bids its readers farewell and hopes to
be able to serve you again someday,
