PREMIUMS $5.00 award to champion each division
Exhibit a baked product (bread, cake, cookies, or any food product) using a wheat
product such as ala. bulgar. whole wheat flour, wheat germ, cracked wheat, rolled
wheat or whole wheat berry. Product may be prepared at home. Include recipe.

SPECIAL COWBELLES CONTEST
"BUILD A BETTER BURGER CONTEST"
OPEN TO ALL 4-H MEMBERS.
Ground Beef for contest will be furnished by CowBelles.
Each contestant will prepare a "burger" from start to serving. Member may bring
choice of breads, toppings, seasonings, sauces, garnishes, or materials to add to the
basic meal to make a creative, tasty burger. Prepare and serve on plate or tray,
garnish, ready lo eat.
Contest will be judged on creativity of food combination ; nutritional value of burger
and foods added to meat or as garnish for product; taste ... combination of different
food inlo or on burger to make it fast. fun. nutritious, snack or meal.
List approximate cost per serving. Bring recipe on 5 x 8 card.
Time linit for contest 30 minutes.

All Market Livestock must be entered on the fairgrounds by JO (Hi a m.. Tuesday.

A transportation certificate must be turned in at the lime of weighing steers, to
show ownership and brand (THE BILL OF SALE ON THE BACK SIDE MUST BE
COMPLETED TO SHOW TRANSFER FROM ORIGINAL OWNER
All animals must appear in the show ring lo he judged. All exhibitors must be able
to show and handle their own animals Animals must he gentle before bringing lo the
fair.
Club members with hogs, sheep and sleers not making weight are eligible lo
compele in showmanship or feeder classes.
One entry per lot.

All Market Steers must be polled or dehorned
ANIMALS AND STALIN MUST BE PRESENTABLE AT ALL TIMES Manure and

groomed or if stalls are dirty.

DIVISION 6 - 4-H LIVESTOCK CONTEST
4-H IIERDSM ANSIIIP CONTEST
Livestock will be tied or penned in sections by club. Gub signs encouraged but not
required.
Each exhibitor expected to keep his tack and stall or pen clean and presentable at
all times. Dirty animals may be barred from showing. Hay and straw not to be used in
bales behind animals.
Judge will inspect stalls and pens of each club at regular intervals and keep a
record to determine winners.
ANIMALS AND STALLS MUST BE PRESENTABLE AT ALL TIMES. Manure and
