Associa lion's annual meeting in Phoenix last month.
French said that he was most impressed with the new
secretary and said that it appears there will lye a complete
change in attitude by the USDA toward American
agriculture. In French's opinion, it would be the kind of
change that most farmers and rancher In the U.S. have
wanted for some time.
