president of the Degree of
Honor, called the meeting to
order Feb. 24
Omitted from a former news
article was the announcement
of presentation of the state
past secretary pin to Ida
Farra by Mrs. Beatrice
Clausen, state director from
Bend. Oregon.
Gifts were presented to the
installing officers by Mrs,
Bryant Feb. to and remem
beranccs were presented to
the outgoing officers by past
president Eleanor Gonty.
Shirley Connor was recogniz
ed as slate vice president.
Plans were discussed for a
rummage sale March 7 at the
Degree of Honor hall begin
ning at 8 a.m. and continuing
into the evening, President
Mary asked members to be
thinking of the convention in
Baker in April. Martha King
will be hostess at her home the
third Wednesday in March for
Carnation Club.
The next regular Degree of
Honor meeting is March 10 at
8 p.m.
Hostess for the Feb. 27
