road grader. This grader has
not been used for approxi
mately five years. The grader
is in poor condition and will
not operate. Deadline for bids
is 5:00 P.M. prevailing time
Friday, January 30th, 1981.
Bids will be opened during the
regular coundil meeting Mon
day. February 2nd, 1981 at
City Hall, 188 W. Willow
Street, Heppner, Oregon. The
Council reserves the right to

Market Trend: There is still a strong demand for bigger
