Judge administers vows to Barbara (Teeman) and Frank Johnson
For Barbara Teeman and Frank Johnson Christmas came
a little early last week.
The two, who both work at the Pioneer Memorial Hospital
in Heppner, were married on Christmas Eve in the hospital's
solarium.
A normal three-day waiting period was waived by the
judge so the two were able to be married before the
Christmas holidays.
As nurses and staff looked on, Morrow County Judge Don
McElligott joined the two in marriage in the solarium which
opens on to a panoramic view of Heppner.
Hospital Administrator A.K. "Lucky" Felt witnessed the
marriage, then popped the cork on a bottle of champagne to
toast the newly-married couple.
Frank is the director of nurses and an anesthetist at the
hospital and Barbara is an office clerk.
