This (slightly adapted ) phrase from the favorite Christmas song, "Silver Bells," might have been written to describe the Morrow County Fairgrounds Pavilion and Annex this past Saturday as the Heppner-Ione branch of the AAUW put on its annual Christmas Artifactory. (The white stuff falling outside seemed to add to the holiday atmosphere.) The Artifactory featured wheat weaving, silk flowers, Christmas decorations, books, wooden toys and other unique gifts for sale. s The Garden Club sponsored a "Greens Workshop" where fairgoers could make their own wreaths, and the AAUW sold pie. coffee and punch for refreshments U27 E1EDSI CtOE VI tho Snow Man .
