Plaintiff demands judg
ment against defendants
Edward V. Strahm and Bar
bara L. Strahm Howard on
two promissory notes and
seeks to foreclose a trust deed
and a mortgage given to
secure said notes. Plaintiff
seeks to recover the sum of
$16,176.40. together with in
terest thereon at the rate of 9
percent per annum from
October 1. 1979. until paid. $155
as the cost of a title search,
$30.40 in accumulated late
charges, plus additional late
charges accruing at $6.08 each
month beginning April 17.
1980. $1,500 in attorneys' fees,
qnd for its costs of suit
incurred in connection with a
promissory note executed and
delivered June 21. 1977. and
secured by a deed of trust
recorded July 1. 1977. Plaintiff
further seeks to recover the
sum of $7,659.24. together with
interest thereon at the rate of
10.22 percent per annum from
August 28. 1979. until paid.
$1,000 for attorneys' fees, and
for its costs of suit, on a
promissory note executed and
delivered October 26. 1977. and
to foreclose a mortgage
securing said promissory note
recorded November 2. 1977.
