Llndgren, extension specialiHt of Oregon State College judged the wool exhibits, and George Mitchell, upcrintendent of the rotation experiment station at Adams, judged the wheat. Fourteen classes, Including both the wool and wheat exhibits, made up the display. First second and third prizes of $3,$2 and f 1 were given in each class, as well as blue, red and yellow ribbons, Crossbred yearling ewe fleece: Harriet Hnger, 1st; Uzz French, 2nd, and 3rd. Northwest bronc riding champion Nor man Goree of Arlington re ceived the top prize, a coveted Hamley saddle, from Ralph Schwalbe, treasurer of Ham ley & Co., Pendleton saddle makers. Goree also went home with a good share of the $1,250 prize money for the event .
