LAN.defendants, wherein it was decreed
that certain mortqaqes held by plaintiff
be foreclosed and that the real property
subiect to the mortqaqe liens be sold,
which execution commanded me to sell
that real property to satisfy a iudqment
aoainst DORIS E. McCLELLAN AND
DAVID B. McCLELLAN, defendants. In
the followinq sums and in the followinq

(1) On plaintiff's first cause of suit
aqainst David B. McClellan, defendant,
the sum of S9.966.37, toqether with
interest at the rate of 8"i percent per
annum from January ?5, 1978, throuqh
December 16, 1979, of $1,606 08; S286.00
as reasonable attorney's fees; $40.00 for
mortqaqe foreclosure report; and costs
and disbursements in the sum of $45.80;
(?) On plaintiff's second cause of suit
aqainst David B. McClellan, defendant,
the sum of $3,969.15, toqether with
interest at. the rate of 8 percent per
annum from November 1, 1978, throuqh
December 16, 1979, of $357.55; $287 00
reasonable attorney's fees; $40,00 for
mortoaoe foreclosure report;
(3) On plaintiff's third cause of suit
aqainst David B. McClellan and Doris E.
McClellan, the sum of $5,757 07, toqether
with interest at the rate of 9'i percent
per annum from October 13, 1978,
throuqh December 16, 1979, of $611 31;
$287.00 reasonable attorney's fees;
$40 00 for mortqaqe foreclosure report;
toqether with the costs of the Writ of
Execution in Foreclosure;
I will on February 29, 1980, at 9 : 00 a .m .
at the front door of the county
courthouse in Heppner, Morrow County,
Oreonn, sell at public auction (subject to
redemption as provided by law) to the
hiqhest bidder for cash, all the interest
the above named defendants had on
Auoust 1, 1977, the date of the mortqaqe
in plaintiff's first cause of suit; all the
interest the above-named defendants
had on Auqust 8, 1978, the date of the
mortqaqe in plaintiff's second cause of
