Public notice is hereby given that the
board of port commissioners of the Port
of Morrow Boardman, Oregon, will meet
in regular session on the 13th of
December, 1979 in the meeting room of
Nelson Square,. Room 12, Boardman,
Oregon at 1 p.m.
The Agenda for the regular meeting
will include: 1. Acting upon an
Ordinance authorizing the issuance of
Construction Revenue Bonds (Gourmet
Food Products), of the Port of Morrow,
Oregon in an amount not to exceed
$1,300,000, for the purpose of purchasing
and installing equipment which Includes
new steam peeler equipment, a dryer,
packaging equipment, and electrical
equipment including a minor addition
attached to the original building, and
delivery of an amendment to the original
Lease and Sublease Agreement and a
Bond Purchase Agreement and Assign
ment in connection therewith and
making provision for the sale of such
bonds. 2. Any other matters to come
before the Port.
A copy of the proposed bond ordinance
will be available for inspection at the
office of the Port of Morrow, Boardman,
Oregon, prior to the meeting. This notice
is published pursuant to the require
ments of O.R.S. 777.54S.

an additional point of d iversion at a point
located 2790 ft N a, 500 ft W from the SE
Corner of Sec 15, being within the SEV4

Pursuant to ORS 540.520 (2), a
hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on
Wednesday, January 9, 1980, at the
Morrow County Courthouse, Heppner,
Oregon. Any objection to the proposed
change must be prepared in writing: one
copy to be served on the applicant at
Rural Route, Echo, OR 97826; and one
copy filed in the office of the Water
Resources Director, Salem, OR 97310,
together with a $10 filing fee, at least 10
days prior to the date set for hearing.
Rules for filing objections will be
furnished upon request.
