There were 36 buyers and 86 consignors represented at
today's market. Market trend: Since the eastern market has
gone dead, calves do not have the demand they did have. But
with $65 hay and 15 percent interest maybe they are still high.
Four- to five-hundred-weight calves seem to be more
popular than the three-hundred-weight.
