NOTICE OF REQUEST OF
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF
COMPLIANCE WITH THE
STATEWIDE PLANNING GOALS
The Deparlmentof Land Conservation
and Development has received a request
from the above jurisdictions that their
comprehensive plans and implementing
measures be acknowledged in compli
ance with the Statewide Goals.
The Commission will review the plans
at their meeting on December 47, 1979.
The review will be based on reports
prepared by LCDC staff and comments
received from affected local, state and
federal agencies and interested persons.
Commentson the plan or objections to
the Commission acknowledging the
plans should be sumbitted to the
Department of Land Conservation and
Development, 1175 Court Street, N.E.,
Salem, Oregon 97310 by October 26, 1979,
to be included in the staff report. All
objections must first state what efforts
were made to have the objection
considered by the jurisdiction prior to
acknowledgment. Objections must be
submitted to the Department by
November 22, 1979, to be considered.
Any individual may appear before the
Commission when it reviews the plans.
