At a time in this country when productivity,
or output per man hour, in manufacturing
facilities is drastically slipping, we are proud of
the Kinzua workers who contributed their best
efforts in setting an all time production record
of five million board feet at our Heppner
sawmill in July, 1979.
With increased productivity, the inflationary
spiral faced by all of us can be substantially
reduced.
We commend the pride displayed in this
accomplishment.
