application for a loan from the
Rural Electrification Admini
stration which will provide for
the construction of approxi
mately .6 miles of 69,000 volt
transmission line. The facili
ties covered by this announce
ment will consist of .6 miles of
single pole transmission line
running on a 50 foot wide
right-of-way from Fossil in
Wheeler County in a north
direction to a substation near
Fossil.
The substation will be a
5,000 kVa 69,000 volt to 7200
volt facility which normally
requires a a acre site.
If there are any comments
on the enviromental aspects of
the proposed construction,
they should be submitted to
the cooperative within thirty
(30) days of the publication of
this notice. Additional inform
