Northwest Generating Com
pany Project) interim series,

in an amount not to exceed
$6,000,000 for the purpose of
partially defraying the cost of
aquiring and constructing cer
tain pollution control facilities
at the Boardman Project,

delivery of a Lease and
Sublease Agreement and a
Bond Purchase Agreement
' and Assignment in connection
