in an amount not to exceed

partially defraying the cost of
acquiring and constructing
certain pollution control facili
ties at th Boardman Project,
authorizing the execution and
delivery of a Lease and
Sublease Agreement and a
Bond Purchase Agreement
and Assignment in connection
therewith and making provi
sion for the sale of such bonds.
2. Any other matters to
come before the Port.
A copy of the proposed bond
ordinance will be available for
inspection at the offices of the
Port of Morrow, Boardman.
