Public notice is hereby
given that the board of Port
Commissioners of the Port of
Morrow, Boardman, Oregon,
will meet in special session on
the 17th of July, 1978, at the
Port Offices at 1 Marine
Drive, Boardman, Oregon, at
1 p.m.
The agenda for the special
meeting will include:
1. Acting upon an ordinance
authorizing the issuance of
Pollution Control Revenue
Bonds (Idaho Power Co.,
Boardman Project) Series
1978, of the Port of Morrow,
Oregon, in an amount not to
exceed $6,000,000., for the
purpose of partially defray
ing the cost of acquiring and
constructing certain oollu
tion control facilities at the
Boardman Project, author
izing execution and delivery
by the Port of an Indenture
of Trust, Equipment Lease,
Sublease Agreement and
Easement Agreement, in
connection therewith, and
making provision for the
sale of such bonds.
2. Any other matters to
come before the Port.
A copy of the proposed bond
ordinance will be available for
inspection at the offices of the
Port of Morrow, Boardman,
Oregon, prior to the meeting.
