prepared a draft "District 12
Areawide Comprehensive
Plan" to provide the basis for
coordination of city, county,
special district, state agency,
and federal agency plans and
programs. The East Central
Oregon Association of Coun
ties Board of Directors ap
proved the draft plan for
review and comment at their
regular meeting on March 16,
1978.
