that on February 28, 1978, a
special election will be held in
Morrow County, Oregon, to
determine whether the County
Court shall be authorized to
levy and collect additional
taxes serially outside the
limitations imposed by Article
XI, Section 11, Constitution of
the State of Oregon, for the
period of three years begin
ning on July 1, 1978 and ending
June 30, 1981, in the amount of
$195,000.00 annually for three
(3) successive years an in
crease of $50,000.00 annually.
The funds so raised shall be
expended for county roads
related services, projects,
properties and equipments
and for repairs, improve
ments, maintenance and re
placement. An appropriate
part of the said funds will be
