RULES
1) Entry forms will be given at
participating merchants with
any purchase. An entry form
will be given for each $10 in
merchandise purchased, for
instance, a $10.01 purchase
will receive two entry forms.
2) Sign your name on the
ticket along with information
requested and drop entry
forms in box located near the
cash register.
3) At 3 p.m., December 10, 17.
and 24, winners will be drawn
and notified by phone or mail.
You need not be present to
win.
4) Prizes will be cash certifi
cates spendable at any of the
participating merchants for
merchandise. Certificates
must be used prior to January
15, 1978.
5) Entrants must be 16 years
of age or older, unless
married.
6) Please do not ask for cash
