Snow and icy roads slowed
Thanksgiving travel almost to
a stop this year. However a
few hardy souls braved the
elements to join family and
friends for the holiday.
Jack and Sandy Williamson,
Annette and Justin went to
Portland to share the long
holiday with Sandy's mother,
Alice Allen, and her sister and
brother-in-law, Kay and El
liott Derryberry, and their
family.
Another family making the
trip to Portland Wednesday
was the Steve Conlees. They
arrived in the Rose City in
time to attend the Trailblazers
Wranglers to hold
Christmas party
The Heppner Wranglers will hold their annual Christmas
party and potluck Sunday, Dec. 4, at 6:30 p.m. at the Catholic
parish hall.
Election of officers for the coming year will be held,
followed by a gift exchange for kids age 12 and under.
Santa Claus will be there! Guests are welcome.
