win this time a 7-0 shutout of
Umatilla. Bryce Powell again
provided the Mustangs only
touchdown a 44-yard inter
ception return of a Viking pass
in the second quarter. Hepp
ner's defense held Umatilla to
under 100 yards total offense
while churning out 117 all on
the ground. As has been the
case all season, an excellent
punting job by Marlin figured
heavily in the final outcome.
