plaintiffs are the owners
in fee simple of the
following described real
property:

Fifth Addition to the
City of Heppner, Mor
row County, Oregon.
And that the plaintiffs
are the owners in fee
simple of the above
described land, free of
any right, title, estate,
lien or interest in the
above described land or
any part thereof and
each of you, your heirs
and assigns are perpetu
ally restrained and en
joined from asserting or
claiming any right, title,
estate, lien or interest in
the real property de
scribed herein or any
part thereof, adverse to
the plaintiffs. This sum
mons is served upon you
by publication thereof
for four consecutive
weeks in the Heppner
Gazette Times, by the
Order of the Honorable
William W. Wells Judge
of the Circuit Court of
Morrow County, State of
Oregon, which Order
was made and entered
on the 12th day of
'September, 1977, and
the first date of this
publication is the 22nd
day of September, 1977.
