Prock, Cornett Green and Morrow County Grain Growers are the legal and equitable own ers of the real property abutting both sides of the above described por tions of MORGAN STREET to be vacated, and own an excess of two-thirds of the prop erty affected by the vacation thereof. NOTICE OF SALE OF PROMISSORY NOTES SEALED written bids will be received by the undersigned until 5:00 p.m. o'clock on the 9th day of June, 1977, at the office of the Port of Morrow, No. 1, Marine Drive, Boardman, Ore gon and immediately thereafter publicly opened in the Port Of fice, for the purchase of Promissory Notes of the Port of Morrow, in the aggregate principal amount of Two Hundred Four Thousand and no 100 ($204,000.00) Dol lars. The proceeds of the Notes will be used to provide interim financ ing for a portion of the cost of construction and installation of a muni cipal water system for said Port of Morrow, Morrow County, Ore gon. The Farmers Home Administration has agreed to purchase on issue of Bonds of the Port of Morrow, Board man, Oregon in the ag gregate principal amount of $220,000.00, the proceeds of which will be used to retire the Notes herein offered. Said Notes will be sold for not less than their par value to the bidder offering the lowest ef fective interest rate to the Port. The bid must contain a statement of the net interest cost, based upon a 360-day year. The Notes will be issued pursuant to the applicable provisions of Chapter 488. Oregon Laws, 1973 Regular Ses sion. Both principal and interest are payable at the office of the Port of Morrow, Boardman, Oregon. The Notes will be limited General Obliga tions of the Port of Morrow. The Notes will be redeemable at the op tion of the Port at any time. A certified or cash ier's check of or on a Bank doing business in the State of Oregon payable to the order of the Port of Morrow in the amount of two per cent (2 per cent) of the par value of the Notes offered for sale is to ac company the proposal. The Notes will be de livered in Boardman, Oregon, either to the purchaser or a desig nated agent as soon after the sale as prac tical or at their issue date. The certificate re corded at Page 127, Vol. 1, State Record of Water Right Certificates, in the name of Hiram E. Clark, describes a right for the use of not to exceed 0.37 cubic foot per second from Willow Creek for irrigation of 4.0 acres in SE"4 SW4 and 18.0 acres in SW'j SE'4 of Sec. 21, T.2S., R.2KE., W.M., with dates of priority of 1889 for 0.08 c.f.s. for ir rigation of 5.0 acres and 1891 for 0.29 c.f.s. for irrigation of 17.0 acres.
