Christmas Seal Camp for
Asthmatic Children and the
Breathmobile were the topics
discussed at the annual meet
ing of the Oregon Lung As
sociation held in Portland at
the Hilton Hotel on Wednesday
of last week.
Present were Becky Drys
dale and her parents from
Sherwood, OR. Becky, who
suffers from asthma, told the
group about some of the
various activities they en
joyed, such as swimming,
archery, breakfast cookouts
and overnight camping.
The Oregon Lung Associa
tion as well as the National
Association has as their main
objective the prevention and
control of all lung diseases. So
let us mail our donations back
today, and show our interest
by the use of Xmas seals.
Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Jones
were in Portland, where Mrs.
Jones attended the meeting as
a member of the Board of
Directors.
