It's been a long season for
Ione's winless Cardinals. It
stands to get longer.
Needless to say, the Cards
would like to pin a win to their
0-6 record Friday against
Cascade Locks. And the CL
boys might just be the ones
that relinquish the loser grip.
While lone continues to

players alike must not help
see the future.

In 1969, Myers had the same
problems as this season. His
men are inexperienced, young
and small. But in three years,

On the line, Myers' size
