Page 3 ' V 4-H changes to grade membership Starting this fall, member ship criteria for 4-H will change from year born to grade In school, according to Blrdine Tullis, Extension Ser vice. The decision for the change was made by the Oregon 4-H Advisory Com mittee early this spring. Included in the change Is the termina tion of 4-H membership after grade twelve. Young people finishing high school will still be able to participate in the county fair, state fair, Pacific International and National 4-H Congress following their final year in high school.
