    FOIR-THE GAZETTE-TIMES.
Memorial weekend saw the
parks of our area overflowing.
Bull Prairie and Anson Wright
Park trailer pads were almost
all taken by Thursday even
ing. Cutsforth Park was not
completely full. The rain, hail
and snow gave the campers a
cool feeling, that summer was
yet to come. Fishing was good
and limits were not hard to
reach.
Heppner High School teach
ers and families held their
end-of-the-year picnic at Bull
Prairie with a fun time enjoy
ed by all. Also if anything else
should be added, big sighs of
relief were heard. "Schools
out."
There are two women in our
area who would like to form a
woman's baseball team. Di
ane Ball, 676-5306 and Ruby
Shear, 676-9921 would like to
hear from anyone who are
interested in playing. They
need lots of players, at this
time, there would not be any
bench warmers. Think of all
the exercise and of that fresh
air girls . . .
