Hi Itomtki 7M
Sunday afternoon the golf
ers looked down Willow Creek
towards Lexington and saw a
huge dust storm heading up
the creek. Most of them
headed for the club or their
cars. Bev and Eddie Gunder
son chose to ward it off with an
umbrella, but just for a while.
Kids were tubing in the creek
and quickly headed for cover,
some of them were a little
frightened. We were in the
mountains and the dust could
be seen slowly covering Blak
es development. Coming down
Willow Creek small dust winds
could be seen two hours later
after the storm hit.
Amanda Duvall was taken
to Emanuel Hospital, Port
land, for hip surgery last

and talked with friends about
sucess of the Methodist Chu
rch Auction held last week.
She will be confined to a wheel
chair for a while, but there is
no definite date on when she
will be able to come home.
