nuclear generating plant, to be known as Us Xuclear Project No. I and Nuclear Project No.
1 2. The projects which are the subject of the above actions and the property pertaining to
said actions are as follows:
j x the SvslenT. Xuclear Project No. 4 I a nuclear fueled electric generating unit
consisting of a nuclear steam .upply .ystem manufactured by Babcock & Wilcox Company
which supplies steam to a Westinghouse Electrk Company turbine-generalor designed to
produce approximate I.2M.O0O kilowatt, of electrk energy, and the related cooling
facilities and other auxiliary equipment, .tructure. and building.. The unit i currently
scheduled to begin commercial operation in March 19X2.
The Project location is in Benlon County. W ashinglon. and is located approximately U
miles north of Richland on a portion of the United State Energy Resource Development

Inc.. which supplies steam to a Westinghouse Electric Company turbine-generalor

cooling facilities and other' auxiliary equipment, structures and buildings. The unit is
currenilv scheduled to begin commercial operation In March 193.
The Project location Is in Grays Harbor County. Washington, and is located
approximate! three mile south of the town of Salsop.

The service is funded by
local filing fees and federal
grants through Ihe Blue
Mountain Economic Develop
ment Council. The area has
two attorneys. Robert Bel
iramo and Richard Faus. The
program has been in operation
since June 1.
The legal services are for
single persons who earn no
more than $2.30 per month
Others whose income is no
more than the basic $250 plus
$; for each dependent are
eligible. The only cost, in most
cases, is only the $5 filing fee.

The legal center does not
handle criminal cases nor
civil actions where money
recovery is involved. The bulk
ot its cases deals w ith domes
