Junior Rodeo
is June 8-9
The fourth annual Morrow

according to chairman Bob

The Junior Rodeo is put on

This year's rodeo will once
again have competition di

boys senior, girls senior, and
the junior divisions. All
around trophy blankets will be
awarded for each division.
Each event winner will re

Today there are still four
Little League teams, the
Dodgers, Indians, Giants and
the Braves.
How many boys have gone
through the ranks of the Little
League is not known, nor is the
number of hours spent by
various coaches "and man
agers to help the youth of the
community recorded.

the ball is thrown out to begin

calves will be furnished by
Don Robinson.
The rodeo is sanctioned by
the Western States Junior
Rodeo Association, which is
the governing body for Junior
Rodeos in the area.
Bill Gentry will accept local
donations for the association
since the rodeo is only
supported by local sponsors.
There will be a Hobby Show,
May 8, Park Hall, Hermiston,
from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.,
sponsored by the Stanfield
Loop Hobby Club. The public
is invited.
