these 130 acre irrigated circles north of the foothills producing over twenty different crops for the 210,000,000
people of that time-"0ur young people should prosper".
The 140,000 acres of fallow land below the Bombing Range, that raises a crop every other year and pays
taxes every year should be raising Non-Surplus Diversified crops each year-a great addition to our economy.
The Navy, Lindsay, Shell, Hellburg and Boeing lands should add 140,000 acres of circles. Morrow County
should be Oregon's greatest agricultural producer-lf we will capture our fair share of the unused Columbia
River water through Power Producing Nuclear Plants.
