Dear Blue Cross:
My son's unexpected hospitalization
in Nevada involved only several
hundred dollars. But when I called
your office, the lady I talked to
treated it as if it were $20 million.
She unscrambled my confusion, and
even called back to see if every
thing was satisfactory. She deserves
hearty congratulations.
In today's busy world, personal
concern and service are seen so
seldom that I felt we had to say
thank you.
