In a parade appearance
as part of the Mllton-Free-water
s Pea Festival, the
Morrow County court was
, judged 2nd best. The girls
from Arlington won 1st place
and the Pendleton court was
3rd. This was quite a day
for Queen Susie and Prin
cesses Kerry, Debbie, Pat
ty and Anne. Tbey were all
mounted and ready to be judg
ed by 5:00 a.m., and were
judeed by unknown judges bet
ween that time and the start
of the parade at 10:30.
Chaperones Mrs. Robert
Peterson and Mrs. John Ve
na rd accompanied the court
to the Pea Festival. The court
parents and their coaches the
Pat O'Briens also attended.
The Morrow Court has been
invited to appear at the Col
legiate Roaeo at the Pendle
