and Tim Driscoll son of Mr.

ceremony, and Bob Steagall
gave his daughter in marriage.
Mary's maid of honor was
Viikie Stonewall. Tom Driscoll
was best man for brother Tim.
Pridrf-maids were Mrs. Cheron
ated with lavender, purple and
white. Lavender pew bows were
used and two white wrought Ir
on candle stands stood near the
altar; the one on the left re
celved the bridesmaid's lighted
candles, and the one on the
right held two small candles
and one larger candle. Two
crescent shaped bouquets of
lavender and white mums also
were featured near the altar.
As the ceremony began, Mary
and Tim lighted the two small
er candles at the end of the
ceremony, they together lighted
the large center candle. The
candles were purple with a
band of white near the top.

The bride designed her gown
which was made by her mother.
It featured an empire waist,
ling voile sleeves with wide
cuffs, and with it she wore a
Juliette cap and a floor kngth
veil. Lace accented the sleeves,
bottom of the full skirt, the Jul
iette cap, the train and veil
The maid of honor and the
bridesmaids wore similar styled
scoop-necked dresses with shir
red empire waist and long full
sleeves of gold, red, blue and
deep purple material. Each car
ried a candle. The maid of hon
ors bouquet was a cascade of
lavender, purple, and white
mums. The bride's rather sim
ilar bouquet contained two gar
denias.
Scrority Sisters Sing
During the reception in the
church hall, the traditional "Chi
u aweetneart song was sung
by several sorority sisters. Laur
el Brooksby, a sorority sister and
Louise Smiley served the bride's
cake. Her grandmothers, Mrs.
Burnside, Spray, and Mrs. Donna
Johnston, Pasadena, Ca., pour
ed, and Patty Lawrence, Chi
Omega, served the punch. Hel-
ga Eddy, Mary's former room
mate, was in charge of the gifts.

Couple Travels South
After Mrs. Driscoll changed in
to a travel outfit of a lavender
knit pants suit with tunic top
and a wide brimmed lavender
hat, the couple started south to
see San Francisco, Sausalito,
Monterey, Carmel, Los Angeles
(Disneyland and the Busch Gar
dens). They are now at home in Mil
waukie, Ore. Tim is employed
by the Fred Meyer Pharmacy,
Oak Grove branch.

Both Mr. and Mrs. Driscoll are
graduates of Oregon State Uni
versity. Mary went to higli
school in Albany; Tim in Hepp
ner. Mary has her degree in el
ementary education. She belongs
to Chi Omega sorority and was
Delta Chi Calendar Girl of the
Year, Sweetheart of Tau Kappa
Epsilon, and was on the Theta
Xi Court. Tim has his degree
in pharmacy and is a member
of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity.
