.HEPPNER GAZETTE-TIMES, Thursday, September 2. 1971 DOTS JOTS Tho Fair was a real fun time". It was a time for seeing old friends. Imagine my great sur prise while talking to the Mac Hi FFA Boys to have a young teacher come up and say, "I remember you, Dorothy. You took a lot of pictures of me my Freshman and Sophomore year at Mac Hi". It was none other than Frankie Millar who will be the . FFA Instructor at Mac Hi next year and who was a' Bermlston this year. He had an older brother Andy Millar who also had his picture taken on many occasions. They were both smart kids. Then there was Suzanne Lo zier Coppock of Lexington. She was from Enterprise and I re member when she went to Chi cago for the National 4-H meet ing. Her grandmother Martha Lozier managed the little Jos eph Department store for Mrs. Walter Brennan and had a par rot that talked. Suzanne met Darrell from Adams when she was an IFYE. Louise Pleper, also one of the Judges, Is from Milton-Freewa-ter. It was they who started us on yellow cats. We got a kitten from them years ago that we named Pieper. He was some thing of a fighter and one spring we had to have him put to sleep as the result of just too many wounds. Now we have another yellow cat It was a great time for see ing many friends and especial ly enjoyed seeing these three since it had been so long! ill 'A. . 'PJJ X 0 V 1 l- jmKmI .
